Terms and Conditions
1. GENERAL RULES
1.1. When you check-in to the event, you will get a wristband. Please wear it through the whole event. We cannot grant you access to parties and/or classes if you don't have the wristband on.
1.2. By participating at our event, you give us consent that we can use and publish photos and videos from the event, which might include you.
1.3. If you want to record a video or take pictures during classes, ask for teachers' permission first.
1.4. We do not take responsibility for your valuables at the event. Please make sure to keep an eye on your things. In case you lose something, we will have a Lost&Found box, where we will store all found items till the end of the event.
1.5. We reserve the right to change the schedule due to unforeseen events such as flight delay, sickness, accidents etc., which might cause that some of our teachers, bands and DJs will come to the event later than planned, or will not be able to come at all (in which case we will do our best to find good substitutes for them).
1.6. All physical activities (dancing, horse-riding, hiking, swimming, etc) can cause injuries, attendees participate at their own risk, fully understanding that any problem, physical or emotional sustained during an activity is their own responsibility and that the Swing Road Armenia team cannot be held accountable in any circumstance. Be careful and sensible at all times – for yourself and for other participants. Make sure you have suitable travel insurance to cover you in case of emergencies.
2. PAYMENT OPTIONS
2.1. You can pay by bank transfer.
2.2. You can also pay in cash to one of the organisers of the Festival in advance.
3. CONFIRMATION OF PASS PURCHASE
3.1. After successfully registering for the event and having your registration accepted, you will receive a 7-day reservation for your spot at the festival. If you fail to pay for your pass within the 7-day reservation period, your spot at the festival will be released and your reservation will be cancelled.
Upon completion of your payment, your festival pass will be sent to you. Once you have received both the payment confirmation and your festival pass, you can rest assured that your place at the festival is secured.
4. CANCELLATION POLICY
4.1. We do not offer refunds for purchased passes, no matter the circumstances. However, your pass is fully transferable, so you can give or sell it to another person (read more below). There is also no refunds of not used passes after the event, and they cannot be transferred to future events.
5. PASS TRANSFER RULES
5.1. If you cannot attend the event yourself, you can transfer your pass to someone else, under these conditions:

- Send an email to armeniaswing@gmail.com with your reason for transferring and the other person's contact information so we can approve them if they will not ruin the balance in the classes or parties. We will get back to you.
- Transfer requests must be submitted via email at least 7 days before the event starts.
